Awarded "Best Chocolate Sauce" at the Colorado Chocolate Show. Warm it up and pour over ice cream or use like a desert sauce. Or just eat it off a spoon. Melt a bit and smear it on a ripe banana or a big strawberry. Or how about a dollop in your morning coffee? Made with the same ingredients as our Raspberry truffle: organic cream, Belgian chocolate couveture (the highest grade of chocolate) and pure raspberries. Also available in 13 other flavors. This is VERY superior to other chocolate sauces made with corn syrup and cocoa. But this is why we can't factory seal it - the high heat of doing so would burn the ingredients!
