Chocolate Cookie Recipes

2 C butter 1 tsp salt 2 c sugar 2 c brown sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 2 teaspoons baking soda 24 oz chocolate chips 3 c nuts, chopped 4 C flour, 4 eggs 5 c oatmeal, mix 8 oz Hershey bar, grated

Butter and sugar. Eggs and vanilla. Mixwith
Flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and soda.

Add chocolate chips, Hershey Bar and nuts. Roll into balls and place two inches apart on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 112 cookies (recipe may be halved).

6 c all purpose flour 1 1 / 2 c sugar 1 tsp salt 1 TB cinnamon 1 / 2 c Brandy 1 / 4 c sugar 2 c butter, 2 eggs, 2 teaspoons baking powder anise 3 TS

In a medium bowl, sifttogether the flour, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, cream butter, 1 1 / 2 cups of sugar and anise. Whisk the eggs and mix until fluffy with cream. Add the flour and brandy, mix with just enough liquor to get a stiff dough.

Stir until well combined. Knead lightly and roll to 1/4-inch thickness. Combine cinnamon and remaining sugar, the powder and the pasta with the mixture. Cut into shapes and place on a buttered sheet. Bake in350 oven for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
